David Goodnow’sDave Goodnow first job in radio as a reporter, air personality and salesman was at WAKO, Lawrenceville, Illinois, in 1959. He then came to WAOV, Vincennes, Indiana, in 1961. He was a news anchor at WTVW, Evansville and WTHI, Terre Haute, and then served as one of the original CNN Headline News anchor-editors for 18 years. Goodnow helped sign on the first educational TV (now PBS) station, WVUT, in Indiana.
