The Indiana Broadcast Pioneers organization has a primary mission of recognizing outstanding career achievement by individuals, especially those demonstrating a lifetime of distinctive service in the public interest.              Our goal is to induct broadcasters, alive or deceased, who have shown exemplary qualities and standards in their industry-related work that would make them valued members of the Indiana Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame.  Founded in 1979, the Indiana Broadcast Pioneers is a non-profit organization in support of public service, diversity, education, fellowship and the preservation of our state’s rich Broadcast history.  Current on-going projects include a webpage, a semiannual newsletter, an exhibit at the Indiana State Museum, and the plan of expanding our outreach to other Indiana museums and sites.
